- 2 green chillies (long, stalk trimmed and cut in half without deseeding)

- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric

- 150 grams tomatoes (/5½oz ripe, roughly chopped)
- 150 grams rice (/5½oz, cooked according to packet instructions)
