This recipe calls for way too much butter. The waffles it made were very greasy and wouldn't cook properly in my belgian waffle maker due to all the oil coming off of them. The mix was also quite liquid and made it difficult to make the waffles the proper thickness. If you plan to make these, I would recommend halfing the butter.
