- 500 grams tomatoes (fresh ripe, chopped and juice saved)

- 1 cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)

- 50 grams fresh parsley
- 50 mL extra virgin olive oil (best)
- 500 grams watermelon (flesh, small dice)
- 1/2 red onion (small dice)

- 2 jalapenos (or other fresh chilli)
- 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
