- 300 mL vegetable stock

- 250 grams spelt flour (Wholemeal)
- 250 grams rye flour (Wholemeal)
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 350 mL almond milk
- 75 mL yoghurt (Coconut)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp. yoghurt (thick coconut milk)
- 2 Tbsp. almond milk
