- 2 tsp. honey (plus additional to taste, use agave to make vegan, optional)

No need for honey. I added vital reds to mine which gave it a stronger berry flavor but I’ve also made without both ways are equally good.

This is the perfect smoothie. I only added the beet, some strawberries, milk, yogurt, honey and oatmeal. Beautiful color and delicious.
