  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds
  • 2 garlic cloves (halved lengthwise)
  • 4 beets (small boiled and peeled, or 1 15 oz can)
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
