First time total fail. Didn't form into burgers so just made a whole pan of fried puree out if it.
Decided to try Second time. Used beet jullie raw, and put eveything in mixer. Burgers were slightly more together. Served with avocado, gherkin, red paprika, taugé, red onion and homemade mustard yoghurt mayo sauce. Nice! Will make again but the "burgers" take forever to cook through.
