This was really delicious and unique. I read reviews where you get the "directions" and many complained the sauce was too thin, but not all sauces have to be thick! Have patience and boil it down for a wonderful flavor and try not to blow the taste by adding corn starch. I marinated steaks overnight, then froze them individually in the marinade. The sauce,,,I boiled down and froze them in little tiny containers, without the cream! After thawing, add the cream to the thick and gelatin-like sauce and heat before using it for the steaks. And if you're frugal like I am,,,,you can re-use the marinade for other meat. Just freeze it until you need it. I LOVE freezers!!!!
