- 3/4 cup flour (all-purpose)

- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 4 cups peanut oil
- sea salt (I used Kosher)
- aioli (Garlic, recipe follows)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 lemon (zested)
- 4 Tbsp. minced garlic (finely)
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon leaves (minced fresh)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
