- 2/3 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup beer (amber, room temperature, divided)
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- 2/3 cup extra sharp white cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2/3 cup shredded gouda cheese
- 1 large egg (50 grams, room temperature and lightly beaten)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
