Description
Delicious beef w/broccoli can be made in the pressure cooker or on the stovetop. Pressure cooker directions are for an electric cooker; would probably take a little less time on a stovetop cooker
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lb. beef chuck roast (Sirloin steak, or flank steak, cut thin)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 3/4 onion (large, chopped fine)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar (unpacked)
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
- salt
- 4 stalks broccoli (cut and trimmed)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds

Directions
- Slice beef into strips. Season w/salt & pepper.
- Set pressure cooker to saute, or heat large skillet to medium high heat. Add olive oil and brown the strips in batches, removing each batch.
- Add onion and saute until soft, about 2 minutes
