Good but do you think you could use round steak instead of roast? I’m not really a fan of the shredded meat

Quite tasty. I used a tritip roast as thats what I had on hand. Instead of beer I used unsalted beef broth like the instructions offered. Also used cream of potato instead of cream of mushroom since I dont like mushrooms. Added diced potatoes instead of serving it over mashed potatoes as thats how my grandma used to make it.

This was pretty good. I liked that it was different from the usual pot roast recipes I've made. I used linguini instead of egg noodles.
