Used sausage, no onion, added chopped up spinach to mixture, made in the morning and stored in refrigerator. Didn’t add any extra salt because sausage and Parmesan had enough. Stuffing to noodles ratio was just right with no leftover stuffing. Took out 2 hours before cooking, delicious. I’ll definitely make again. Should be 14 or 18 manicotti I think. 288 calories a pc?
