Good flavor. But I will double the sauce, it would be nice to have more on the rice. Also, I may add some salt to the meat to start.

Ok here goes, I just finished eating this for dinner tonite and I never post, until now. This recipe and the directions to make it were the best and easiest for a dish that turned out better then the oriental restaurants. I still can’t believe it. It was so flavorable. I’m so happy to have a recipe I can repeat and know it will turn out.. I have tried at least 10 other ones like this and was ready to give up because they either had no taste or it just didn’t come together like this one. I don’t know how or why I picked this recipe but I’m sooo glad I did.
