Delicious! Will make a roux next time to thicken it, and will definitely make again! Froze some for a colder weather! Would be great to see how to make in an instant pot!

Fantastic meal.
I added a bit more wine to the stock and also included potatoes in small pieces.
For more flavor, I also added a Montreal Steak spice to the whole pot.
I would definitely have this meal again.

Turned out great! Used Chardonnay and beef bullion cubes for the second 4 cups of broth since I ran out & my husband loved it! Will definitely make again

This was good! So much faster than traditional beef stew with stew meat. The barley plumps up - I might use only 3/4 cup next time.

Will definitely be making this again. The first time through, we added 1 cup of peas and 1 cup of corn. Didn't change the recipe that we could tell and it was delicious.

I didn’t use celery or mushrooms (didn’t have them on hand) but this was still an amazing dish. Used beef tips which could have used a bit longer to become tender, but otherwise I devoured this. So, so good.
