    My heart came frozen and already sliced from a regenerative farm. It was my first time using heart. I didn’t find heart to be “gamey” tasting. Maybe the freezing and removal of the arteries by the processor helped in that regard. It’s full of nutrition so I will definitely use it again, perhaps in a stew.
