This was amazing! First time having tongue. Family loved it served as fajitas. Next time I’ll chop into bite size pieces when crisping it up so the texture is even throughout. This was so good!

I was nervous in attempting to cook beef tongue for the first time, but following this recipe (no pressure cooker, 3.5 hours simmered) resulted in such a tasty product that my husband declared his approval for purchasing beef tongue again. I was thrilled with the resulting tender, yet flavorful meat once fried and seasoned.
