Absolutely fantastic! Because I'm still learning to cook I made my steaks one at a time. Though it's not in the directions, I learned on the first steak that I need to reduce the heat after adding the teriyaki sauce so it didn't burn/caramelize. The sauce itself was simple and very good- a family member commented that it was better than what they typically have at most restaurants. With some fine tuning I think I could really make this kick ass next time- thanks for the recipe!
