- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (one generous splash)
- 1 tsp. tomato paste (optional)
- 150 mL reduced fat sour cream (or fat free quark cheese)
- 2 Tbsp. cornflour
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley (finely chopped to garnish, optional)
