    Made with rice instead of pasta noodles. We liked it better that way 🙂. Excellent!!

    Let me start off by saying I'm a beginner cook. This stroganoff did not have the taste I was hoping for but it was not horrible either. Recipe was easy to follow which was great for my skill level.

    This reminded me of my childhood! My mother would make this once a month for us as kids. I enjoyed making it and eating it. I did make one small change I added 1/3 cup of sour cream instead of 1/4 cup as I like the flavor a bit more. Suggestion, simmer a bit longer to ensure thickness of the sauce as I find thicker is better....

    It was ok. A very “safe” dish, being that it doesn’t have a whole lot of taste but no body will grumble over it either.
