- 1 lb. boneless beef top sirloin steaks (or beef top round steak, 3/4-inch thick, about 1 steak, cut into thin strips)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion (medium, chopped, about 1/2 cup)
- 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbells® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup)
- 3/4 cup Swanson® Beef Broth
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. sour cream (or plain yogurt)
