This was fabulous! I loved the taste of the rice vinegar and ginger. Added green beans to the mix. This will become part of our rotation for sure.

Made this tonight and Loved it!!! Quick, easy, full of flavor, and open to SO MANY variations. I made it with mushrooms, baby bellas added to the sprouts and green onions. Perfect for weeknight meal wjen time is an issue.
