- 1 pkg. pot roast (McCormick® Bag 'n Season®)
- 2 lb. beef stew meat (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 cups potatoes (cut-up)
- 1 cup carrots (cut-up)
- 1 cup onions (cut-up)
- 1 cup celery (cut-up)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/3 cups water

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Place beef and vegetables in bag.
- Stir Seasoning Mix, flour and water until smooth. Pour over beef and vegetables. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
- Bake in lower half of oven 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag. Stir before serving.
