- 1 onion (small)
- garlic (fresh)
- stew meat
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- pepper

Directions
- Saute onion and garlic and brown stew meat
- sprinkle 1/4 cup flour over browned meat
- add hot water and diced tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste
- cook 1 1/2 hrs add vegies and cook on low for 2 more hours
