- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard (grainy)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. white mushrooms (quartered )

- 2 Tbsp. fresh thyme
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 lemon (small)
