- 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder

- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 red onion (chopped)
- 2 cups bone broth (or beef stock)
- 2 lb. sweet potato (1.5–, cut in to 4 large pieces)
- 3 Tbsp. grass-fed butter (or ghee)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut milk (or cream)
- 2 Tbsp. chipotle in adobo sauce (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
