Made these skewers for dinner tonight it was easy to put together the marinade and the sauce. The meat was fantastic we sliced it against the grain and grilled it quickly on each side of the skewer. It was very tender and had a lot of flavor. The sauce was not our favorite but the whole family ate the skewers.

Beef was great! I didnt skewer them since I forgot the skewers but the flavor is awesome! Always a good idea to let the beef get closer to room temp before cooking it for a more tender beef. Peanut sauce was OK, didn't need it.
