Directions
- Heat the bread.
- Spritz a skillet with cooking spray and saute the onion and green pepper until the onion changes in color. Add the mushrooms. When cooked, add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
- Slice open the roll and remove part of the bread to leave space for the filling. Spread with cream cheese and fill with the beef mixture. Tope with the cheddar and blue cheeses.
- Slice and serve.
