- 2 pt. beef stock (I use Kallo low salt stock cubes)
- 1/2 tsp. Gourmet Garden garlic (for speed)
- 1 tsp. ginger (Gourmet Garden, for speed)
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- sweetcorn (cup of frozen)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 blocks frozen spinach
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (to your own taste)
- 1 tsp. five spice
- 1 handful dried rice noodles (the ones that cook in 3 minutes)
