A modification of this recipe: http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/curly-noodle-dinner It's a simple, quick recipe that my husband likes. The leftovers are almost better than the first time around. It's very versatile, so if I have a lot of veggies that are about to go bad (like zucchini and carrots), I'll also grated and added them when I add the tomato and corn. Onion and garlic are optional.

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 pkg. ramen noodles
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion (medium)
- oyster sauce
- soy sauce
- 1 ear of corn (kernelled, or equivalent frozen)
- 2 medium tomatoes (pureed)
- 2 cups water
- olive oil

Directions
- Finely dice the onion and garlic and sautee in olive oil until translucent. Add ground beef and brown. Drain excess fat.
- Add oyster sauce and soy sauce to taste (I usually use about 1 Tbsp of each and adjust from there). Add tomato puree, corn, and water. Bring to a boil.
- Break up the ramen noodles and add. There isn't a lot of liquid, so there's a lot of stirring and pushing the ramen noodles under other ingredients so they can absorb the liquid. Cook 3 or so minutes until noodle are fully cooked.
- Serve and enjoy
