- 15 oz. garbanzo beans
- 3 handfuls fresh spinach (rough-chopped)
- 1/2 cup leaf parsley (minced fresh flat-)

Delicious! Used tenderloin tips, fire roasted tomatoes and added a steamed frozen medley of zucchini, peas and broccoli at the end. Also skipped the thyme as we are not fans.
