- 3 bell peppers (any color)
- 1 red onion

- 1/2 cup cucumber (finely diced, tsatsiki)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chives (chopped, tsatsiki)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped, tsatsiki)

Directions
- light the grill or heat a grill pan
- cut steak tips into smaller chunks, golf ball-sized or smaller. pat dry with a paper towel
- combine oil and seasonings in a bowl and add steak tips. toss well to coat all pieces
