- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 500 grams minced beef
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 can tomatoes (400g)
- 1/2 cup beef stock (fairly concentrated)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 pinch chilli flakes (dried, optional)
- 400 grams spinach (removed fom stalks)
- 100 grams mature cheddar (Gruyere)
- 30 grams Parmesan (grated)
- 100 grams cream cheese (I used low fat)
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- butter (to coat the phyllo layers, aprox 80g)
