- 500 grams beef chuck (in 1/8-inch dice, or very coarsely ground)

- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. pimentón dulce (or paprika)
- 1 pinch cayenne
- beef broth (as necessary, or use water)
- 1/2 cup scallions (chopped, white and green parts)
- 1/4 cup pitted green olives (chopped)
- 2 eggs (hard-cooked, sliced)
