- 4 cups green cabbage (chopped or shredded, or 1 bag, 10 ounces cole slaw mix, I used a 10-ounce bag of angel hair cole slaw)
- 15 oz. diced tomatoes (with their liquid, I used fire-roasted diced tomatoes)
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 cups low fat cheddar cheese (or shredded regular, or your favorite, I used a combination of shredded cheddar, Swiss and Gruyere)
