  • 2 1/2 pounds beef (cut into cubes, I used top round.)
  • 28 ounces tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 4 cans beans (drained, your choice, undrained)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon peppercorns (whole, I used pink.)
  • 1 tablespoon serrano (diced with seeds)
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper (coarse)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup dried parsley
