- 1 ginger (thumb-sized piece, – peeled and minced)
- 3 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 500 grams flank steak (Denver or skirt/, cut into strips, cut against the grain)
- 200 grams rice noodles (uncooked flat)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 brown onion (or a white, peeled and sliced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- 2 cups bean sprouts (fresh, or 1 can of canned beansprouts, drained)
- 4 scallions (spring onions, sliced into long, thin strips)
- 2 cups baby spinach (fresh)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 red chilli (cut into thin strips)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
