- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 2 rosemary sprigs (large)
- 1 red chili (small, chopped)
- 2 liters beef stock (or vegetable, 8 cups)
- snow peas (Blanched)
- toasted pine nuts
- carrots (roasted baby, Dutch)
- cherry tomatoes (to serve)
- 3 parsnips (large, peeled, chopped)
- 1 large potato (peeled. chopped)
- 3 cups milk (750ml)
