- 1 kg chuck steak (cut into 3cm cubes)

- 500 grams white onions (small, halved if large)

Tasty and easy. I don't like the technic where you fry the meat with the flour, it end up to coat the pan with the flour and does not brown the meat correctly as the heat does not transfer to the protein anymore. I prefer to brown the meat alone and roast the flour (spreaded on top of the brown meat) over the broiler for 2-4 minutes... until it start to be blond. It improve meat texture, and the sauce is thicker.
