This was delicious and easy. Perfect instructions. Also, I had a smaller roast, so I sautéed the left over spice rub with more olive oil and a tablespoon of butter, put it over pasta, with shredded Parmesan cheese, as a side. The entire family loved it!

Awesome! Would make again. Perfect to 135 degrees. Mine needed less time but was smaller than 5 ions. Highly recommend
