This is the best beef Barley soup recipe ever! Very important to brown the beef well, adds so much to the overall flavour. I find myself getting cravings for this soup!

Awesome added beef shanks and lil stew meat made in Dutch over let go for like 4 hours in oven for sure a do again 🤪
