Oh my goodness this was amazing! I used my slow cooker and the meat literally fell apart I only had to use one fork to shred it. The kids enjoyed tacos, I had a rice bowl, and the next day used leftovers to layer on top of grits with a sunny side up egg on top! I will definitely make this again!

Really simple to make and the family loved it. I used the slow cooker the first time and thought it was a little bland. The second time I cooked it over the stove top - not only was it quicker to make but the beef was much more flavorful. I made some Mexican rice to go with it and it was perfect

It turned out great! The only thing the actual recipe says 7 hours on slow cooker, so it’s 35 min recipe. I cooked on pressure cooker for an hour, turned out fine.

Our family loves this recipe, even my picky daughter who doesn't care for meat too much. It's really quick and easy to make, too.

This is really good and super easy. it makes quite a bit for a small family so incorporating leftovers into other dishes should be on your radar when making this recipe. Flavors are balanced and the meat comes out tender each time.
