- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine (optional)
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
- 350 grams broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil (for frying)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped ginger (coarsely)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic (coarsely)
- 2 tsp. cornstarch (mix with 2 tbsp of water as cornstarch slurry)

I made this tonight, first time. I used flank steak cut on the bias. I added 100 gm of mushrooms and used 200 gm of broccoli. I like the combination. I like broccoli but would rather have the combination. Next time I’ll add onion and decrease the broccoli accordingly. It took longer than I expected to prepare. Very good.

Delicious! Very easy to make. I doubled the sauce and added udon noodles. Family LOVED it!

OMG! This was absolutely delicious. Loved the sauce-everything. Next time I will salt and pepper the tenderloin. Beef was so tender but seemed to lack the beef flavor of being seasoned. Can’t wait to try some of your other Asian dishes.
