- 1/2 cup coconut aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup bone broth (or vegetable broth)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (grated on a Microplane, or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 2 inches fresh ginger (piece, peeled and grated on a Microplane, or 1 tbsp ground ginger)
- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot starch (you can also use gluten-free flour or corn starch)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (divided)
- 1 lb. broccoli
- 6 cups florets
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak (you can also use top sirloin, or flank steak, thinly sliced into bite-sized strips)
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions (for garnish, optional)
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
