- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar

- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. white sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup butter (melted)
- 4 eggs (beaten slightly)
- 4 medium potatoes (peeled and cut into chunks.)
- 1/2 onion (chopped finely)
