Delicious! I topped with white onion, avocado and cilantro once out the oven.

I like this, but i need to figure out a way to cut back the sodium and the calories. Any suggestions?

Easy and very tasty. Always looking for recipes to cook when my vegetarian daughter comes over! Plus good for hubby and me when we want to lighten our meat intake..

Easy to make and so good, even better the next day! I will make it again ... try it with black or refried beans, kick it up a notch with pepper jack cheese.
