- 3 bean thread noodle (small bundle of, soak in warm water for 15 minutes take out drain set aside)
- 1 cup shrimps (cooked peel)
- 1/2 cup pork belly (cooked, optional)
- 1 cup cabbage (thinly sliced, or Nampa Cabbage)
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1 cucumber (small, julienne)
- 1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (or red bell, thinly sliced)

- cilantro
- mints
- peanut (Roasted, for garnish, optional)
- dressing (make it double noodle salad need more dressing)

- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 shallot (minced)
- 4 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 lime (big juicy)
- 2 Thai chilies (minced)
