  • 1/2 bell pepper (diced)

  • 14 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne (/chili powder)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme (fresh OR)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao (or cocoa powder)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (/coconut sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 handful kale (torn, /swiss chard leaves, chopped, opt)
  • 1 fresh corn (cob, kernels cut off, opt. - not paleo)
  • 4 button mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup butternut squash (cooked, /sweet potato, puréed or diced)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder (opt.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder (opt. - depending how spicy you like it)
  • fresh cilantro (opt.)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons ghee (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted, I use butter instead of ghee & oil)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup almond (unsweetened, I actually use ½ almond milk & ½ canned coconut milk - The coconut milk keeps it nice and moist.)
