- 200 grams firm tofu (sliced)
- 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 3 kale leaves (chopped and stems removed)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced.)
- 3 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cucumber (sliced)
- 6 pitted olives (I used kalamata)
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. water (but more if needed to achieve desired consistency)
- 1 slice sourdough (cut into croutons and pan toasted in a little olive oil)
