You'd think this would be so undercooked it would be inedible but no, actually delicious! Served with butter potatoes and grilled courgettes, kept the family happy and easy to make. Will definitely do again.

Great flavor and crunchy texture. Cooked on the stove and used dried spices. Didn’t have red wine vinegar so used a bit of white wine vinegar, red wine, and balsamic vinegar.
